Organizational Development, Learning and Assessment's mission is to foster employee learning, increase organizational effectiveness and improve the organization through ongoing assessments.  The ODLA Coordinator is committed to providing a dedicated and consistent effort to promote 21st century organizational development and learning initiatives to all division employees.

The ODLA Coordinator’s office is located in the Office of the Vice President for Research, 203A Administration Building. Office hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
