Marty Welsch, Human Resource Coordinator
Marty Welsch has been with Colorado State University since 2001 and in the Office of the VP for Research (OVPR) since 2004. She was named HR Coordinator for the OVPR in July 2008 and acts as a liaison between the OVPR and the administrative units of the Human Resource division for the University. She is involved in implementing and monitoring University HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, position development, PDQ development and evaluations and overall policy interpretation. Marty also represents the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity for the OVPR and its divisions on searches and plans on graduating from the Organizational Performance and Change graduate degree program offered by the School of Education in Summer, 2009.
