The goal of the Organizational Development, Learning and Assessment Coordinator is to provide a dedicated and consistent coordination effort in fostering and promoting 21st century organizational development, learning and assessment initiatives to all division employees in order to empower them to be productive, creative, knowledge workers.
The ODLA Coordinator works with the ODLA Collaboration Team and together they provide leadership, guidance and direction in developing, identifying and providing learning and training opportunities. The ODLA Collaboration Team consists of one member from each of the research divisions and the University Veterinarian office.
