           Orientation to the Animal Care Program  

The University Veterinarian offers an overview of CSU’s  Animal Care Program including pertinent regulations, expectations and resources available.  The presentation ranges from 1-2 hours depending on audience needs. The University Veterinarian will work with the college, department or laboratory to schedule an orientation. Typically an orientation is offered at least once a semester. Request an Orientation session for your department

          AALAS Certification Training

The American Association for Laboratory Animal Science offers three levels of animal technician certification.  Click here to visit their web site for more information

Exam preparation classes are offered through the Animal Care Program.  Equivalent classes are available online at the AALAS Learning Library . Contact the Animal Program Coordinator for more information.
